Biography.
Caitlin E. Zubrowski lives in Central New York with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs. She is an alumni of Syracuse University, and is a former Kauffman Entrepreneurship Engagement Fellow, Director of Operations for a high tech incubator, Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at SUNY Oswego, and Associate Director of Climate Initiatives at Columbia Technology Ventures. She has been supporting early stage ventures through entrepreneurship programs within economic development, academic, and government agencies for over a decade and specializes in social enterprise. She is currently the Strategic Programs Director at IEEE and leads the IEEE Entrepreneurship program. She is also a board member of the WISE Women’s Business Center which supports women-owned small businesses. She grew up working in an independent bookstore, is VP of the Friends of her local library, and is an avid reader who hopes to write a book in the future.
